Capture Co Packages

Capture Co CT understands that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 30 days before your reserved event date are eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable booking or processing fees agreed to in the contract. Cancellations made 15–30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the initial deposit amount, less applicable fees. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, are non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Capture Co CT reserves the right to make exceptions for documented emergencies or circumstances beyond the client's control.

We’re happy to accommodate a change to your event date whenever possible. One date change may be permitted at no additional charge if the new date is available. Requests should be made at least 14 days before the original event date. Date changes requested within 14 days may be subject to a rescheduling fee and are based on availability. If the requested new date is unavailable, the booking may be subject to our Cancellation Policy. Any additional travel, staffing, or service costs associated with the new date may apply.
